Dušan Matijašević

Dusan is a partner at DML Legal with extensive experience in legal advising particularly focused on corporate law and M&A, competition, real estate, intellectual property and litigation.

Dusan has been involved (as a leader or key member of the team) in some of the most significant projects in Serbia and Montenegro in recent years and has advised some of the largest domestic and international companies.

His client portfolio includes, among others, companies in the fields of energy, food and beverage production, retail and wholesale, technology and telecommunications, etc.
