Marina Lazović

Marina is a partner at DML Legal with years of experience in advising and representing both domestic and international clients.

Marina has significant experience in corporate and labour law, M&A projects, litigation and personal data protection.

She has gained her experience through some of the most significant projects in Serbia and Montenegro in the past years, especially in the field of M&A (due diligence, representing and advising clients in negotiations, drafting transaction documentation, etc.)

Her most significant projects are in the fields of pharmaceutical and automotive industry, retail and wholesale, hotel and tourism, as well as food and beverage.

She is fluent in English.
